They called it the Black Sunday... no day for church, not here!

Vulcano
So first out was this cult band from Brazil! It's one of those bands that I've heard about but never really listened to. Heard a song or two so I kind of knew what to expect. What I didn't expect though, was that they'd be this good! Vulcano has been around for ages, and are even credited as the first South American band that played Extreme Metal. So you'd expect them to know their stuff. And it was really cool to see these old men (two of them have completely white hair and the others are grey beards!) rocking out like they were still 20! They really had a lot of energy!
Sure, some of the fast parts weren't quite spot on but it was still good enough! Really nice show, and a cool surprise for me!

Nifelheim
Then another cult band... they didn't need to travel as far though!
I've seen them a couple of times before so I knew what to expect. They made a very solid performance, typical Nifelheim. Sadly no blood and gore, but some skulls at least!
It was also nice to get a few songs that they haven't played in a while as well! Nothing extra-ordinary but a nice show never the less!
