Some of you might remember that a while ago Micke Strömberg released his first book, and to celebrate he had a release-party were he invited Månegarm and Rob Coffinshaker to play? Well, he just released his second book and decided to have a go once again! This time with Iron Lamb and Torture Division on stage!

Iron Lamb is not my kind of music, combined with bad sound of the venue... go figure.

So on to the good stuff instead! Lord K, Jörgen Sandström and Tobias Gustafsson... should be familiar names if you're into Swedish Death Metal. So you kind of know what this is all about!
Simply put, it's some of the most experienced guys in the scene putting out the highest quality Death Metal. Despite playing at a bar with a tiny stage and poor sound they simply crushed everything. To be fair the sound was decent in the sense that I actually heard all three guys (which I kind of didn't expect on this venue...), so it was all right I suppose! And there was actually a quite large crowd who showed up for the gig as well, so we had some nice atmosphere going!
Sadly it was a pretty short set, wouldn't have minded another two or three songs but it was a very cheap gig so I can't complain!
Oh and by the way, if you for some reason don't know about Torture Division all ready check them out at their homepage, where you can download all of their songs for free! And they wouldn't really ask for it, but there's also a link to their paypal so you can donate some for it as well - and they deserve it so don't be cheap!

So, these book release-parties have started a really nice trend! I'm all ready excited for his third book to see what bands he invited that time! :)
